Collard Greens

 
Here's my current favorite way to fix collard greens....
 
 
Take center ribs out of leaves

Roll tightly

Slice thinly


Chop

Sautee in olive oil
Add tablespoon of water and cover to finish cooking

Add spoonful of Hoisin Sauce.  Stir thoroughly.
