Our fruit is organically grown.

Mangos comprise about 90% of the fruit we sell.  We grow more than forty varieties of mango.

We also grow lychee, longan, carambola (star fruit), caimito (star apple), jaboticaba, barbados cherry, miracle fruit, coconut, sugar apple, atemoya, black sapote, mamey sapote, avocado, and jak fruit.

We sell fruit trees, and encourage everyone who has a little space to plant a tree.

Peak season for mangos is June and July.  Lychees ripen in June.

    1. Just replace any unsatisfactory fruit the next time you come to the farm, even if it's next year.

  6. La naturaleza es tan bondadosa que a pesar que nos han vendido veneno nos sigue bendiciendo con sus frutos. Desde Venezuela donde el Mango crece en todas las casas. Saludos! Nature is so kind, that although deceived us with poison, continues to bless us with its fruits. From Venezuela where Mango grows in all households. Greetings!

    1. We hope that our website will be up and functioning well before our next mango season begins. The website should be able to accept fruit orders for shipping.

  12. Hi Chris: My Truly Tropical NDM tree (about 2yrs old / 3ft tall) is blooming now (mid Dec). Should I cut the blooms off to promote branching? If so, is it better to cut the bloom off above the node (the bloom stem) or under the node (the mature wood)? It bloomed for the first time early last spring. I cut the bloom below the node - took forever to rebranch. If that was a mistake, I dont want to make it again... :) Thanks

  13. sorry I didn't see this question until now... Typically the panicle is removed when the mangos are pea size. Since the days are shorter, temperatures lower and sunlight weaker, new growth can take a long time. But the energy that the plant produces will go to new growth instead of fruit production. For your situation, just removing the panicle seems best.

  14. Chris,
Vincent and I are thinking about coming down on Tuesday to get mangoes. I am intrigued with the varieties that I haven't tasted and would love to be able to get some for us and my sister. Please let me as soon as you can. Thanks

  15. Can't get enough of your yummy mangos !
Coming from the mid-west, I had no idea they could be this delicious and different. Looking forward to tasting all the varieties you offer.

  16. Chris, I am curious to learn about our Mango tree. It was planted (per neighbor) 40 years ago. The fruit is very large and ripens late in the season (August). I would love to know the variety. We have a huge huge crop this year after almost none last year. I would love to send a photo and learn more...and any advice about local pickers/sellers...it is a shame to waste such amazing fruit!

    1. I found your website! I am guessing our tree is a Keitt. Is that variety typically a late harvest?

      Delete
    2. That would be my guess. Keitt is a very versatile mango. One year I ate one in November!
Keitt's been around for 75 years or so.

  19. I'm planning a trip to south FL the middle of June. Can you tell me if the mango crop for this year is looking early, or later than "normal". Does it look like you will have lychees this year?

    ReplyDelete
  20. we will have a few lychee. Mango supply should be pretty good by the middle of June. Part of our crop is normal and the other part is coming in waves. I hope your timing works out well!

  21. Hi , I'm going this Saturday from Miami. I wanted to know if you have caimito, lychee, sugar apple, and mangoes (any type of mango).

  22. Sugar Apple is late July and August. Caimito is March and April. Mango supply is low at the moment, but hoping it'll improve very soon. Very few Lychee

  26. Good Evening Chris. I have been admiring & educating myself with your YOUTUBE Videos. I have just purchased 2 mango trees, Peach Cobbler & Coconut Cream. But, I do Chris, have 2 Mangos which I started from seed that I wish to fruit. One tree is a Mexican Honey Artuflo & the other a Hayden. The Mexican Honey Champagne is now about 3.5 feet & the Hayden is 9 ft & so beautiful. I would love to ensure fruit growth. Can you please advise me on Grafting, I am on the West Coast in Ft. Myers... Thank You so very kindly.
    Respectfully,
    Maria Russo
