Just wanted to quickly post a picture of the Jak Fruit I picked today... it's a 20-pound Golden Pillow.  Most of the fruit on this tree are much smaller.  This one was ready to pick today, but not fully ripe.  If it's ripe on Saturday, I might cut into two or so sections.
